Certified Cyber Forensics Professional (CCFP) course
This CCFPSM Boot Camp style training prepares you to not only pass CCFPSM exam but achieve in-depth knowledge and skills of all 6 domains of CCFPSM and establish principles to discuss, debate and resolve matters pertaining to the profession.
You would attend a 5 days intensive hands-on boot camp style training where we would cover all 6 CCFPSM domains in depth. Our CCFPSM materials include investigation of six different investigation cases along with 300 slides. Moreover, you would practice more than 120 sample exam questions during training and receive a sample set of 125 exam questions based on very recent exam updates. You will leave the CCFPSM Boot Camp with the knowledge and domain expertise to successfully pass the CCFPSM exam the first time you take it.

CCFP is an Expert-Level cyber forensics credential that demonstrates expertise in forensics techniques and procedures, legal and ethical principles, and presenting complete and reliable cyber investigation reports to a court of law. Moreover, CCFP certificate indicates your ability to accomplish forensically-sound e-discovery, malware analysis and incident response.
Course Tutor Information: Dr. Ali Dehghantanha (CISM, CCFP, CISSP, LPT)
Dr.Ali Dehghantanha (www.alid.info) has served for several years in variety of industrial and academic positions with leading players in Cyber-Security and E-Commerce. He has long history of working in different areas of computer security as security researcher, malware analyser, penetration tester, security consultant, professional trainer, and university lecturer. He regularly travels the globe on speaking, teaching, and consulting engagements and assist clients in securing their information assets.
Ali is imminently qualified in the field of cyber-security; he holds Ph.D in Security in Computing and a number of professional qualifications namely CISM (Certified Information Security Manager - ISACA), CCFP (Certified Cyber Forensics Professional - ISC2), CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional - ISC2), LPT (Licensed Penetration Tester), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CHFI (Certified Hacker and Forensics Investigator) and he is a Certified IT Security Instructor (CEI).
As a security researcher, Ali is actively researching on latest trends in “Real-Time Malware Detection and Analysis in Mobile and Pervasive Systems”, “0-Day Malware and Exploit Detection Techniques” and “Big-Data Forensics”. He leads several academic research teams working on above mentioned projects in University of Salford (UoS)- Greater Manchester and is the program leader for MSc. of "Cyber Security, Cyber Warfare, and Digital Forensics". Ali is regularly delivering lectures on offensive-security techniques and digital forensics and is among highest rated university lecturers.
CCFPSM holders are expected to take leadership roles in the field of cyber forensics with a broad range of skills across established fields of digital investigation such as computer and application forensics as well as newer challenges such as mobile forensics, cloud investigation, big data forensics, and investigation of social networks.
Prerequisites: In order to get your CCFPSM certification you must have a four-year Bachelor's degree, or regional equivalent, as well as three years of full-time IT security or digital forensics experience in three out of the six domains of CCFPSM. If you do not hold a four-year Bachelor's degree, you must have six years of full time experience in three out of six domains. If you have a different forensics certification approved by (ISC)2®, you may get a one-year professional experience waiver.
If you do not have required experience, you would become Associate of (ISC)2 after passing the exam until gaining the required experience.
Laptop Required: During this module it is highly recommended to bring your own high-performance laptop that is able to run 2-3 virtual machines simultaneously with following configuration:
Your laptop must be equipped with Windows 7 (64 bit any version) or better to serve as main host. You need to have administrator privilege over your host.

CCFPSM Exam Information: The CCFPSM exam is set, administered and marked by the International Information Systems Security Certifications Consortium (ISC)2® Inc. If you wish to do the exam you must register for the exam direct with (ISC)2® at www.isc2.org. The current exam fee is US$549 if you register at least 16 days before the exam; otherwise the exam fee is US$599. The CCFPSM Certification examination consists of 125 multiple choice questions. Candidates have up to three hours to complete the examination.
