About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has come up as the head of Salford’s on-campus recruitment agency. Unitemps is an exciting and different kind of business in the recruitment world. It combines a student employability ethos with a professional approach.
With support from the Unitemps franchise network, you will grow and develop this successful agency, providing temporary staffing solutions to internal university departments and commercial clients in Greater Manchester.
We are seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial flair, excellent project management skills and the ability to build relationships with many different stakeholders.
As the head, you will be involved in the full spectrum of development and marketing activities to expand operations and raise awareness of Unitemps as a brand. You will be responsible for motivating your team to provide effective recruitment solutions and achieve targets.
The University of Salford has a wealth of students undertaking courses that make them invaluable to employers across Greater Manchester. You will be joining the business at a crucial time as we expand our offer to a wide network of employers who have an interest in working with our skilled students and graduates.
- Ability to lead and motive a team
