My focus of academic and pedagogic development over the last decade has been related to innovating curriculum development with the use of flexible and open teaching, learning and assessment strategies, to include e-learning, digital media, embedded within a Virtual Learning environment or Web 2.0 technologies. Her expertise in Work Based Learning is utilised in university curricula, and in addition National Health Service Trusts and Primary Care Trusts for the development of clinical and managerial staff using real life work based projects.  I am currently project lead, developing Post graduate programmes for the International market.
