Biography

Professional experience:

Counselling and Psychotherapy in a NHS setting, University Counselling Service and in a local charity counselling and delivering training to adults and children facing bereavement, loss and life-changing illness.

Personal interests:

Holistic health and wellbeing, including massage therapy, yoga and mindfulness.
