What patient care situations are available in this placement?

Assessment of patients needing nursing cares on discharge. Liaison with MDT, interprofessional working, management of clinics.

Communication, working with others, liaison with MDT, participation in clinical situation.

What additional clinical skills can be learnt?

What resources are available to help students learning?

World Model (Pending), student resource box updated regularly, very experienced staff engaged in C.P.D activity, internet access.

What research and practice development activities are being undertaken?

Staff engaged in post-registration activities, staff members liaise closely with the University through practice educational lead meetings, development of World Model in progress.
