What is organised for students on commencement of placement?
Orientation to work place, plan of learning events, planned visits with multi disciplinary team members.
Structured educational sessions with reflective discussions/documentation pre aid post sessions prior to clinical practice.

Identification of mentor/assessor prior to commencement of placement.
Pre-booked dates for assessments.
What shift patterns are students allocated for learning?
8.30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
Flexibility for working a weekend/evening according to students needs.

Clinic situation, home environment, residential care settings, hospice, leg ulcer clinic, clinical nurse specialist
