Philosophy of Care
To provide high quality care designed to maximise an individual's ability to self-care.
We work in partnership with clients, carers, families and other professionals to provide the most effective care in a safe supportive environment.
We aim to provide a service, which promotes respect for the privacy and dignity of our clients taking into account individual social circumstances and cultural values.
During a clients stay we promote close links with existing community support and wherever possible aim to return clients to previous levels of function and will provide support on discharge to facilitate this process.
