What are the arrangements for mentors/assessors?
Mentors are available within the team and are kept up to date every twelve months. The whole team supports the mentor with assessment. Requests are made from a selected amount of spokes to give feedback on the students appearance, punctuality and overhaul manner.
What shift patterns are students allocated for learning?
09:00hrs - 17:00hrs are the core hours worked.
