Law student has that "SPARC"

Friday 15 June 2012
Salford Law School PhD student Chrissy Patman won first prize in the poster competition at this year’s Salford Postgraduate Annual Research Conference (SPARC).

She describes her award-winning entry on corporate manslaughter law as a "poster with a difference", as it takes the form of a multimedia presentation.

Chrissy was particularly pleased as the awarding of the prize was determined by the votes of her peers, and was keen to acknowledge the input and encouragement from Cristina Costa (Learning & Research Technologies Manager) with the project.

Following her success Chrissy is planning to give a full presentation of her research at next year’s conference.
