The Open Research Network is a group of staff and students who are interested in open research and other scholarly communications related issues. It takes the form of a quarterly email newsletter, curated by staff in the University of Salford Library, and occasional informal events.
The Network aims to provide a forum for discussing the benefits and challenges of making research (data and publications) openly available, as well as developments within scholarly communications, like ORCID, open peer review and much more.
Anyone is welcome to join. You can sign up for the Open Research Network via an online form. You can see previous issues of the newsletter at the bottom of this page.
