Follow You offers you complete control over what can be printed and how. It will reduce and simplify IT maintenance and support, while providing complete visibility of what is being printed and by whom. This sustainable service benefits the environment and reduces costs, while introducing wider access to high quality printing /copying across the campus.
What is Follow You printing?
When you print from a University PC your document is directed to a secure print server and held there until you are ready to release it to one of any of our fleet of printer copiers. They are identified by the Follow You icon and posters.
What does the new service offer?
The new service offers an enhanced experience opening up all the functions of the Ricoh copier printer multifunctional devices.
Are User Guides available?
Yes, there is a guide for Printing, Copying and Scan to email.
Do I need my University Identity Card?
Yes. The Print, Copy and Scan to email services are accessed via a 'tap in' with the new University identity card. This gives access to your secure account using RFID card technology both fast and secure.
Where can I find a printer?
Staff printers are available across the University campus.
How do I report a fault?
Call Ricoh on 08457 445 505 and quote the serial number.
