How to find a Rover

You can find our Roving Support staff out on the library floors, ready to offer you the support you need when you’re in our libraries. Look out for them in their black, library-branded shirts.

You can get assistance with a range of services, for example:

• Finding a book/journal/report
• Understanding the way books are organised on the shelves
• Using SOLAR to find our resources
• Behaviour and noise issues
• Logging on to a PC
• Printing your work
• And more…
