There are a number of ways in which you can get help and support. Our spaces offer staffed Support Desks, to assist you in using our services, and our online instant messaging service are another source of help when you need it. Subject support is available via our Academic Support Librarians, who are here to help you find the information you need for your studies. In addition to information literacy skills training, we also offer a range of online and face to face Student ICT training.

We operate 24/7 and extended opening hours, with silent and collaborative study zones developed in response to users’ needs. The customer focus of The Library has been acknowledged with the Customer Service Excellence award, a national award to recognize excellence in Public Services.
