Salford Centre of Legal Research
The research conducted at SCoLR covers a wide range of cutting edge topics - members are nationally and internationally acknowledged leaders in their specialisms such as criminal law, environmental law, professional sport legislation, human rights law and family law, legal education and medical law.
Experienced members of SCoLR act as mentors to staff new to research and to the growing number of postgraduate research students reading for higher degrees in law. This collegiate approach to research helps to develop mutual research interests amongst members of SCoLR and an environment in which research can flourish.
