After being awarded with a Law Degree at the Universita’ degli Studi di Milano, Carlo worked some years in various law firms.

Subsequently, he completed a LLM in EU Law and Policy at the University of Manchester. He then joined some commercial law firms. In 2006 he returned to Manchester and completed a MPhil in Competition Law at the University of Manchester.

He joined the Salford Law School in September 2011 where he has been appointed as Module Leader of EU Law and EU and US Competition Law.
