Salford Law School

Established in 2006, Salford Law School has quickly cemented its position as a provider of quality legal education and research.

Our specialist law courses have Qualifying Law degree status.

Expert teaching in purpose built facilities

The School is housed in a purpose built facility including a Law Society approved library, mock courtroom and high-tech lecture theatres.

Lecturers at the School possess a wealth of experience across a myriad of legal disciplines and we also benefit from the expert knowledge of guest speakers, who in recent years have included Baroness Hale of Richmond, Richard Scott, Baron Scott of Foscote and Sir Christopher Greenwood.

National Student Survey Success!

We are one of the top 12 law schools in the country in terms of overall satisfaction, according to the results of the latest NSS. The results from the 2012 survey place Salford as the 12th highest-rated institution in the UK and second highest in the North West in terms of overall satisfaction, with 94% of respondents indicating they were satisfied with their chosen course.
