Salford and United Arab Emirates

Around 88 students from the United Arab Emirates were studying at the University of Salford during the academic year 2010-11.

University representatives visit the UAE throughout the year, in addition to maintaining good relationships with sponsoring organisations such as the UAE Embassy in London and the Ministry of Presidential Affairs in Abu Dhabi.

International scholarships

If you’ll need financial help to study abroad, we offer scholarships and bursaries worth up to £5,000. These include our Vice Chancellor’s Scholarships and several course-specific bursaries.
