The ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management Programme consists of a series of modules. Each module comprises a variety of learning methods including workshops, e-learning, action learning sets and written assignments.

To complete the programme successfully within one year the onus is on participants to attend all the workshops, participate in the activities and discussions, complete any reading or reflective activities in preparation for the workshops, attend the tutorials and access the support of your line manager and participate in action learning sets.
Applications by 28th July 2017
We are currently accepting applications to commence study in September 2017. Letters of Support are being collated and all prospective candidates and their line manager will be invited to a mandatory ILM Induction event in September 2017. Following the Induction event successful applicants will be invited to commence the programme.
Attendance at the ILM Level 3 Induction event is mandatory for applicants and their line manager for registering on the programme for 2017/18. The ILM Level 3 Induction date will be available here once scheduled.
A learner handbook, containing further information on learning outcomes, credits, assignment topics, delivery methods and module content is provided to all participants at induction.
All successful participants become registered learners with the ILM and will be provided with access to ILM on-line learning resources. Additionally, a Blackboard site for the programme which is maintained by the HR Team contains further information, sources of support and guidance, and tutorial information.
Please note – These toolkits are accessible to all staff through our learning portal Blackboard. Even if you are not undertaking the ILM programme, please feel free to complete any of these Toolkits to support your development.
