Professional Accredited Learning Fund (PAL Fund) - Professional and Administrative Staff
If you work in a professional services or administrative role you are eligible to apply for funding to study for a professional qualification or accredited course and you can submit an application form in May or October. This is to help you progress in your role and your career overall by enhancing and accrediting your professional and personal skills. Your application for funding should be for a course which has been identified through your PDR discussion and been supported by your line manager. This is to ensure that the University is funding development activities which not only support your career, but also the strategic needs of the business. Your course will not be fully funded but you will be awarded a percentage of the cost from the fund, with the expectation that your school/division will match the level of funding offered to you. For further information please read the guidance notes below.
Deadline date - Friday 13th October 2017 for courses commencing between 1st January and 31st July 2018
