Christine joined the School of Health Sciences in 2005 after a year as a lecturer practitioner. She has over 20 years of experience working in both the NHS and the private sector as a physiotherapist. Her most recent clinical practise was in interdisciplinary chronic pain management.

Christine has a key role in driving forward new commercial initiatives in the College, with an operational management role in Wellness Works: a cross-college initiative to deliver commercial services as part of a contemporary model of occupational health, vocational rehabilitation and wellbeing in the workplace. She is a Trustee for the Vocational Rehabilitation Association, for whom she also chairs the Professional Development Commitee and sits on the standards development group.
