Dayus: 08.30 - 21.30
Early: 08:00 – 16:00
Late: 13:00 – 21:00
Night: 19:45 – 08:45
Clinic: 09:00 – 17:00
What patient care situations are available in this placement?
Front line acute setting
Working with individual, carers and families to identify and meet immediate needs
Home treatment team – alternative to admission service and to facilitate early discharge
Oldham adult RAID team – The patient care setting is A&E and call back clinic to manage primarily attempted suicide and deliberate self-harm
What nursing model is used for planning care?
Holistic assessments – using the MSE, Risk assessment

Assessment – particularly risk
The use of interpersonal and communication skills with a variety of services and individuals
