As part of the 50th year celebrations the School of Health Sciences Early Career Researchers are showcasing their work on the 1st June and would like to invite researchers from across the university to take part.
The event will showcase examples of current research being undertaken by ECRs, illustrate how ECRs contribute to the ICZ agenda, Explore some of the facilitators and barriers in developing a research profile as an ECR and raise awareness of work carried out by ECRs.
The event will include
Two Keynote talks:
Dr Jennifer Lord - Research Assistant, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine
Dr Paul Kendrick - Research Fellow, Acoustics Research Centre, University of Salford
Talks by VC Scholars and ECRs
An exhibition of posters by Health Sciences ECRs
Networking/Cheese and wine reception
The Event will be held in the Mary Seacole Lecture Theatre from 13:00 on 1st June followed by Networking and Poster presentation in the Allerton Building.
