An evening with Christopher Eccleston and special guests

The Salford Institute for Dementia is committed to listening toand collaborating with people whose lives are affected by dementia and thosewho work to make a positive difference to living with dementia.

The event, held within Dementia Awareness Week, will providepeople with the opportunity to explore health, wellbeing and society throughthe lens of a person living with dementia and will consider

  • The challenges of collaboration in a joined up health and social care environment.
  • Innovating in health and social care in the light of a longer living population and a reduced funding context.
  • Creating inclusive communities that foster wellbeing for all.

The evening will centre around a panel discussion with Christopher Eccleston, Dr John Zeiselfrom the USA and Prof Anthea Innes the Director of the Salford Institute of Dementia and individuals living with or caring for someone living with dementia.
