Knowledge Transfer Partnerships
A Knowledge Transfer Partnership is a collaboration between an academic, a company that needs their expertise and a graduate recruited to work on a project central to the needs of the business, and its development.
The company and the academic jointly devise the 12-36 month project which must be of strategic importance to the company as well as intellectually challenging.
A highly skilled graduate known as a KTP Associate is then recruited to deliver the project on a day-to-day basis.
