In recent years the University’s BA (Hons) Fashion Design students have produced professional, cutting-edge, exciting events to showcase their graduating collections.
The standard of work is exemplary, with students in the past winning national competitions and the course as a whole winning the British Fashion Council's Best Portfolio Award two years in a row in 2010 and 2011.
This year students will present their work at an exciting and innovative runway show at MediaCityUK, showcasing womenswear, menswear, unisex and childrenswear collections.
36 final year students will have spent several months developing their final projects, translated from a wealth of individual concepts and will be presenting them in a state-of-the-art backdrop to industry professionals.
