  • Benefit from our extensive expertise in TESOL, Linguistics and the Centre for Linguistics and Applied Linguistics.

This course combines a grounding in the central areas of linguistics with a foundation in applied language study. It also allows you to focus on practical and theoretical aspects of TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).

It includes a programme of professional development of seminars, visits, and some opportunities for informal teaching practice, as well as opportunities to attend Linguistics research seminar series and masterclasses.
