MSc/PgDip Real Estate and Property Management

Applicants to this course must have a minimum of a second class undergraduate honours degree, or a recognised appropriate professional qualification such as MRICS, MRTPI or MCIOB.

English Language Requirements

International students must provide evidence of proficiency in English - IELTS 6.0 with no band below 5.5 or an equivalent qualification are proof of this.

Suitable For

This course is suitable for new entrants or aspiring professionals in the commercial property profession as well as those with some experience.  A strong academic background is necessary but prior study of real estate or property is not required.

Applicant profile

You will have determination and the will to take on new challenges. Interest, determination and good time management are not only critical to success on the course but are also key attributes of professional practice.

Although no prior knowledge of the subject area is called for it is important that you are prepared for the range and diversity of the material that needs to be covered and that you are able to take the initiative yourself once guidance has been given. We also recognise that some applicants will not meet our academic entry requirements but will have professional experience in practice and may still be considered suitable if that experience is extensive, relevant and at a sufficiently high level. Such matters would are considered on their own merits at the time of application.
