Applications for this course must have a minimum of a second class undergraduate honours degree in a relevant discipline and quantity surveying experience, or a minimum of a second class undergraduate honours degree in an unrelated discipline and significant mechanical and electrical quantity surveying experience, or a recognised appropriate professional qualification such as MRICS.
English Language Requirements
International students must provide evidence of proficiency in English - IELTS 6.0 with no band below 5.5 or an equivalent qualification are proof of this

This course is aimed at practising quantity surveying professionals and/or senior construction professionals such as construction/project managers and civil engineers seeking to improve their skills and capabilities in mechanical and electrical quantity surveying works.
Applicant profile
This course is for you if you have a desire to enhance your current knowledge-base and specialise in the area of mechanical and electrical quantity surveying. You will have a strong academic and/or professional background in the built environment, with direct experience of quantity surveying processes enabling you to build on the experience you already have. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills are needed.
