This course trains you to work as an in-house property professional or as a consultant in the private or public sectors. You will be trained in the economic, legal, technical, management and commercial aspects of property management and investment.

This course is particularly suited to those interested in membership of the Commercial Property and Valuation professional groups of the RICS.

You will learn about the valuation, management, development, sale and letting of commercial property, and the provision of corporate consultancy and other professional services.
