Applications for this course must have a minimum of a second class undergraduate honours degree in a relevant discipline, or a minimum of a second class undergraduate honours degree in an unrelated discipline and significant relevant work experience within the built environment, or a recognised appropriate professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB.
English Language Requirements
International applicants will be required to show a proficiency in English. An IELTS score of 6.0 (no element below 5.5) is proof of this.

This course is for individuals who want to manage change in fast moving business and project environments. Typically you will have a academic or professional background in either; construction, design, property, engineering or other management disciplines.
