A number of people who complete this award receive a salary increment from their place of work, become senior practitioners or team managers
Career Prospects
Graduates of this course have gone on to complete Masters, present papers at conferences, whilst other students have gone on to become team managers who are now supporting their staff to attend the course.
Industry Links
This course has been jointly written by staff from social services departments and the University. These people form a partnership forum and oversee any issues which might arise during the course. Each employer signed a memorandum of agreement which commits them to supporting students. The students are given study days, have their fees paid, and are appointed a practice assessor.
