Level 6 (20 credits) Preparation for Mentorship (taught) - Single module
- Part-time study available
- Alternative start dates available
- NHS Funding and bursaries available
This module is delivered via action learning incorporating problem based learning activities and work-based learning experiences.
Action learning will provide a 'creative space' in which you can begin to examine, reflect upon and develop your mentorship practice within an increasingly complex and ever changing environment.
These sessions will be active learning experiences and each student's contribution is vital. This module will encourage you to draw upon your own experiences of teaching, learning and assessing in clinical practice and challenge your conceptions and expectations of the mentor's role within pre-registration education.
