Katie, BSc (Hons) Occupational TherapyOccupational therapists work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures and across all age groups, helping them to cope with a variety of physical and psychological problems. Occupational therapists work with a person to consider how their physical health, mental health and social environment affect their ability to carry out daily living activities such as personal care, domestic tasks, socialising, leisure and work.
You will combine academic study with practice placements and develop a variety of personal skills such as advanced communication.
