Parveen Tamadon-Nejad

Parveen Tamadon-Nejad is the Course Leader for LLM Master of Laws. A specialist in the area of Intellectual Property Law and Medical Law, Parveen’s research includes biomedical research ethics and policy, in particular the regulation of human reproductive and enhancement technologies, and the effect of patents on healthcare. Parveen has recently worked with Rotherham Primary Care Trust, providing bespoke training for their staff on the Mental Capacity Act Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards which came into force in 2009.
