On completion of the LLM you may wish to pursue your studies further and take your research to the next level by studying for a PhD at Salford Law School.  

Research at Salford Law School is conducted within the Salford Centre of Legal Research (SCoLR) and coordinated by Dr Mark James. The centre acts as a focal point for legal and socio-legal work being undertaken throughout the University of Salford.

The centre has 15 research active members and a number of associate members have joined the Centre from other Schools within the University.  

The research conducted at SCoLR covers a wide range of cutting edge topics. Members are nationally and internationally acknowledged leaders in their specialisms and are regularly invited to present papers at events throughout the UK and abroad.
