This course is aimed at students who do not necessarily have a background in business or business-related studies, and who wish to develop their knowledge of marketing. At Salford we integrate marketing theory and practice through four core modules in order to provide you with a critical understanding of marketing in both commercial and non-commercial sectors. We are approved and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), which means that as graduates you will be eligible for direct entry onto the CIM’s Professional Postgraduate Diploma, subject to you also obtaining appropriate senior marketing management experience.

Course details

This course provides a critical understanding of the marketing function and its place in the development of effective organisational strategies in both commercial and non-commercial sectors, and of the role of marketing in relation to broader social trends.
