  • Risk assessment for manual therapy, including spinal manipulation
  • Principles of osteopathic and chiropractic treatment
  • Common manual therapy models e.g. Maitland, Cyriax
  • Indications and precautions and contraindications for high velocity low amplitude thrust techniques in the treatment of mechanical musculoskeletal disorders of the spine and pelvis
  • Advanced clinical reasoning strategies
  • Mobility testing
  • Practical application of manual techniques
  • Combined movements, MWM's, Nags and snags, myofascial release
  • Posture and biomechanics of movement dysfunction in spinal disorders
  • Review of outcome measure
