Level 5 (20 credits) Leading People Through Effective Interaction - Single module

This module aims to help you improve your leadership of others. It is therefore important that you are an active participant in the learning process. You will be asked to reflect on your own practice and through critical analysis use theoretical frameworks to bring about change in the way you lead others.
You will develop learning agreements for each topic and will be expected to share your reflections with the peer group. This work will contribute to the development of your final written assignment.
Teaching times
- 12 half day sessions
- Attendance will be on the same day each week during the semester
- Thursday mornings, 10am – 1pm
Assessment
One written work related assignment : 4,000 words.
