GCE A level 300 points from 3 full GCE Advanced (eg BBB)
BTEC National Diploma DMM Note that applicants offering a relevant BTEC National Diploma may be considered for entry on an individual basis according to their overall academic profile. Vocational qualifications are not generally accepted for entry onto Law courses. It is expected that entry qualifications will contain a minimum of 70% theory and academic content and that the principal method of assessment has been an examination rather than a portfolio or coursework. All relevant entry qualifications should be obtained together in one assessment period and not accumulated over successive years.

Applicant profile

Any student wishing to embark on legal study must be prepared to read, digest and critically analyse their own and others' work. Law is an academic degree and involves a lot of self directed study and research. Applicants will be expected to be up-to-date with news and enjoy reading, debating and developing their own arguments.
