DLHE 2009 and 2010This course is aimed at graduates with a background in business who want to specialise their skills and knowledge in the field of human resource management (HRM).
You will develop your understanding of HRM&D practices in a variety of organisational settings including an emphasis on strategic, international and comparative dimensions of the subject.
This course is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) as at Advanced Level, which is required to apply for Chartered Membership. Graduates will received an Advanced Level Certificate from CIPD.
