This course has been designed in conjunction with senior housing professionals, and has been devised for those working in the fields of housing, regeneration and related areas.

You will gain an understanding of the broad knowledge and conceptual base in the field of housing and regeneration.  In particular this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to effectively cope with rapid change in the housing and regeneration professions.  It will develop your critical and analytical powers in relation to wide policy, legal and financial issues.

This course is taught through blended e-learning.  You will attend the University for induction and then one day per semester.
