The strategic focus of the final year provides you with the ability to enter planning roles within organisations and many of our graduates now hold senior management positions. Graduates have also secured employment within the operational management areas of food and beverage management, lodgings management, and the functional management areas of human resource management, accountancy, sales and marketing.
Many of our graduates now hold management positions at hotels and restaurants among various other areas of the sector. The continued growth of the hospitality industry will offer exceptional opportunities for graduates with skills in this area. There is a 12 week work placement at level 2 which provides you with the opportunity to develop and apply your skills within a realistic working environment. This placement will give you the vital business experience required by many employers.
