Graduates at Salford have gone into supervisory or management posts in the fields of hospitality or tourism management, travel consultancy, conference and exhibition organisations, and catering and restaurant management. The expected growth of the visitor economy due to the 2012 London Olympics will offer additional opportunities for graduates with skills in this area.
Once you have completed this programme there will be opportunities for employment in supervisory or junior management posts in industries such as hospitality and tourism management, conference and exhibition organisation, and restaurant, catering or public house management.

You will spend 12 weeks on an industrial placement with companies in the UK and abroad. This allows you to develop and apply your practical and theoretical skills in a realistic working environment.
