All module materials are available at timely intervals on our Virtual Learning Environment, Blackboard. From here students can access relevant materials, tutor written notes, self-assessment questions, podcasts, tutorial questions and a set of associated reading materials directly online.

The course is delivered via distance learning. You are assigned a personal tutor and dedicated postgraduate administrator to support you for the duration of your study.

Assessment

Assessment for the four taught modules is currently 100% by assignment.

Parveen Tamadon Nejad

Course Leader for LLM Health Care Law.

A specialist in the area of Medical Law, Parveen’s research includes biomedical research ethics and policy, in particular the regulation of human reproductive and enhancement technologies, including infertility and the management of pregnancy and birth control.

Parveen has recently worked with Rotherham Primary Care Trust, providing bespoke training for their staff on the Mental Capacity Act Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards which came into force in 2009.
