On completion of the LLM in Health Care Law, you may wish to pursue your studies further and take your research to the next level by studying for a PhD at Salford Law School.
Research at Salford Law School is conducted within the Salford Centre of Legal Research (SCoLR) and coordinated by Dr Mark James. The centre acts as a focal point for legal and socio-legal work being undertaken throughout the University of Salford.
The centre has 15 research active members and a number of associate members have joined the centre from other Schools within the University.
The research conducted at SCoLR covers a wide range of cutting edge topics. members are nationally and internationally acknowledged leaders in their specialisms and are regularly invited to present papers at events throughout the UK and abroad. Career Prospects
The majority of our students studying for a Masters in Health Care Law are professionals working in the NHS, legal practice. Students use this qualification to strengthen their professional development and increase their knowledge and awareness of the law in this area.
