Geography at Salford covers the wide diversity of the subject and allow the study of contemporary issues, as well as covering the basic underlying principles.

There are opportunities for field study in the UK and overseas. These extend from one day visits to the Pennines to residential visits to Copenhagen, and the French and Swiss Alps. You can climb a 4000m peak, cross a glacier or perfect your snowboarding.
