Regular small group tutorials are designed to encourage discussion and lead to understanding of the complexity of environmental issues. Additionally, meetings with your tutor will allow you to chart progress and plan and organise your work schedules.
Assessment
Each module is assessed separately either by a combination of exams and coursework or through continuous assessment. Overall the weighting is about 65% continuous assessment, 35% examination. A range of assessment methods is used in order to familiarise you with various techniques that you will encounter in subsequent studies, such as essays, group projects, posters, oral presentations and problem solving exercises.
