BSc (Hons) Enhancing Professional Health Care Practice

There are two points of entry:
Level 5
You will have a minimum of 120 credits at Level 4 obtained through previous professional study.
If you enter at Level 5 you will complete six 20 credit modules, one compulsory and five optional (Or have the opportunity to APEL). On completion of the modular route you will be eligible to step off with a Diploma in Health Care or be able to progress onto Level 6 study to top up to a BSc (Hons) Enhancing Professional Health Care Practice.
Level 5 consists of six 20 credit modules.
Compulsory module
Research Evidence in Practice (20 credits)
Develop the ability to search for research evidence relevant to your area of practice and evaluate its relevance to practice.

Evidencing Personal and Professional Development (20 credits)
Produce a portfolio based on analysis and evaluation of your personal and professional development and evidence the extent to which your development is evidence/ research based.

Level 6
To enter at Level 6 you will have a minimum of 120 credits at Level 4 and 120 credits at Level 5 obtained through previous professional study.
If you enter at Level 6 you will complete six 20 credit modules (2 of which are the compulsory modules). You will be able to study for a non bracketed award or one of the four bracketed awards:
