Graduate Certificate Counselling

If your aim is to work as a counsellor, once this course is completed you will be able to progress towards the MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy (Professional Training) course which can lead to professional counsellor accreditation. The Graduate Certificate course is designed to enhance many roles in the caring and helping professions. You will normally undertake the course with a student body of nurses, teachers and social workers.
Career Prospects
In the past many students after completing this course have progressed on the MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Professional Training) course. Some students have found that it has improved their current job role as the course is designed to enhance communication skills.
