You will gain a strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of what young people want to watch and why. You will also acquire a confidence and an ability to apply your knowledge and awareness to the production of creative content for children and young people.

You will develop a thorough awareness of what children's content demands and is looking for while at the same time you will be expected and encouraged to develop your own creative ideas. You will then learn how to turn these ideas into material for children and young people.

You will develop an understanding of the wider media industry with particular emphasis and focus on children's creative content and production.
